My husband purchased my engagement ring from Allgem which is beautiful. We went back to purchase our wedding bands and keep going back. The service is always fantastic and the staff are very knowledgeable. The rang is always being updated with new pieces. Highly recommended.

Wonderful family owned jeweler with unique pieces and fantastic service! My partner searched for months for an engagement ring, something a little different with an opal as the main stone. Adam was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, helped him find THE ring which blew me away. The opal is so dimensional, reflecting different colours in certain lights, and the quality of the ring is amazing, it's truly gorgeous! They were also more than happy to resize the ring a little smaller for me. Cannot recommend enough, will be coming back when its time to get our wedding bands sorted.

I came to Allgem after a horrible experience with another jeweller and was immediately greeted with kindness and excellent customer service. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Brendan came from the workshop personally to have a look at the job it was obvious straight away that he knows his stuff. Jason, then guided me through the repair process and worked up fantastic 3D designs of the job and made any changes I wanted. Honestly, I won't ever take my jewellery anywhere else from now on. They treated my humble, sentimental piece with such respect and attention that I know they understand what jewellery means to people. And the result is absolutely stunning. Better than I dared to hope for. They have replaced bad memories with something truly beautiful! Thanks so much to everyone at Allgem. You guys are a brilliant, multi-skilled team. I am so grateful.

Both visits we were served by Natasha (at least that's what stated on the receipt). She was super nice and helpful! Noticed one opal ring had a deep scratch on the band when i got home. However, as i like the opal I'll just take it scratch and all. I only wish they'd have more sizes. There was a moonstone ring i was eyeing but it was too big. ☹️

Adam and the team at Allgem were outstanding from start to finish. I made a post on Reddit asking for recommendations for local jewellers for our engagement ring, the resounding recommendation was Allgem. One Saturday we headed in to have a chat with Adam, he was more than happy to answer any questions and being complete novices with jewellery he delved into all the details of metal type, pros and cons as well as information on the diamonds etc. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We did go and check out Tiffany (seeing as Allgem was the only place we looked) but it seemed so cookie cutter and commercial. We wanted something custom that meant something to us from a reputable local jeweller, we were so happy with Adam that we went straight back and asked for a quote. Within a week we had the quote and had sent through the deposit. Seeing as I went in with my partner for her to choose the ring she knew exactly what was happening, I had an epiphany that I should probably make it special and surprise her. I called them and asked them to only contact me when the ring was ready. Adam removed all contact details for her from their system and was a complete pro at this. The ring was ready early and they contacted me so it would be a surprise. Adam and the team delivered an amazing product which we are very happy with, as well as amazing service. If you want a custom piece of jewellery that means something special to you this is the place to go. We would highly recommend Allgem! Thanks team!

I was looking through the websites and chanced upon Allgem Jewellers. There is a good selection of jewellery. I was looking for an opal pendant and Sarah explained the unique features of my shortlisted choice. She was patient and professional. I am very happy with the purchase and certainly will return when I next visit Perth.

I came to Allgem Jewellers to design a custom opal wedding ring, and the craftsman and jeweller, Jason, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and understanding, taking the time to listen to what I wanted while also offering thoughtful suggestions to improve the design. Jason was easy to deal with, generous with his time, and showed great skill in bringing the ring to life. I truly appreciate his expertise and care in creating such a meaningful piece. I will definitely be returning in the future for more custom-made jewellery.

Allgem have an outstanding range of unusual rings and stones. I didn't want a traditional style engagement ring (although they have them too) and we found the perfect ring here. The sales staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend a visit!

We purchased a beautiful engagement ring from Allgem and received delightful and caring service. Two years later an accident damaged the ring. I was embarrassed and heartbroken but the Allgem team took great care of everything. They understood how precious the ring was to us and made it beautiful again. Excellent customer service, we had 3 rings cleaned, one was out of shape, fixed and resized, the last one was missing a opal, we had a opal to go into, well we thought we did until it was explained that the opal we had wasn't in very good shape at all(water damage as it had a backing on it.) But Allgem found the perfect opal for my wife as you will see in the photo. What can I say happy wife happy life. Thankyou so much we will be back.
